We established our Asphalt Plant and Emulsion facility to provide quality and comfortable transportation and to produce fast and economical asphalt. Our asphalt production facility, which has Occupational Health and Safety as its basic principle and was established on approximately 12 decares of land, started its operations in April 2017. In this facility, which consists of experienced engineers and operators, there is an asphalt plant and equipment that can produce 160 tons per hour, a mechanical maintenance workshop, a spare part warehouse and a waste area in accordance with environmental standards. In our facility, hot asphalt is produced in the form of bituminous foundation, binder and abrasion according to the needs.
OUR GOALS
- To produce a minimum of 150,000 tons of hot asphalt per year.
- To minimize the amount of energy consumed and to provide an efficient operation.
- To produce qualified asphalt in accordance with the standards with the necessary research and training.
- To carry out an environmentally friendly production with the necessary filtrations by adhering to environmental standards.
